Cracker's & Co. Cafe is looking to hire several experienced Breakfast Line Cooks for our Mesa locations. Cracker's is a locally and family owned group of full service, sit down, family style restaurants. We've been in business since 1984 and have over those 38 amassed a large amount of wonderful and very loyal customers, to which we are very thankful. But we also have a lot of staff who've been with our company for 10, 15 and 20 years plus. We believe it's because our staff is really proud to serve our great product, our customers are wonderful and we teat everyone fairly and respectfully, as we would like to be treated ourselves. If you end up joining our team, you'll notice a lot of people are familiar with Cracker's & Co. and Because of our high volume, especially on weekends, we can only consider cook's with at least 2 or more years of experience as a breakfast cook in a breakfast/lunch concept similar to Cracker's. Our starting wage depends a lot on your type of experience and skill levels, ie, knife, eggs, etc. Typically it's approx. $16/hr. But as you prove and earn your stature as a "key" and "high value" employee, your wages will be upgraded to better reflect your proven performance.I highly recommend you Google us, simply type "crackerscafe" in search engine, in order to get a little better idea of Cracker's.
