  Job Description:

  Front of House Team Member (Cashier / Hospitality/ Customer Service)
  
  • Exhibit positive customer and team interaction
  • Exhibit friendly and respectful service skills
  • Operating the POS at the front counter or in the drive thru
  • Looking for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
  • Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter
  • Delivering orders to customers in the dining room (when applicable) and cars in the parking lot
  • Checking for product quality and consistency
  • Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
  • Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as monitor, dining room, or working the window
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Complete all tasks as assigned
    Back of House Team Member (Line Cook / Salad Prep / Kitchen)
    
    • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
    • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep, which includes:
    • Filet, grill, bread, and assemble our fresh chicken products
    • Wash, chop, bake, and assemble side items
    • Prepare cold individual and catering menu items
    • Stock and rotate kitchen inventory as needed
    • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
    • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager
    • Complete all opening, transition, or closing tasks as assigned
