• Communicate with U Drive customers by telephone, email and text
• Assist customers with making payments, resolving customer issues and complaints
• Interview customers and verify other information for newly originated auto loans
• Meet efficiency, productivity and quality targets as set out by management
• Prepping loans file for final review
• Follow up on all required verifications on a daily basis Requirements
