Part-time Description About the Role We are seeking a passionate, guest-focused Licensed Massage Therapist to join our Spa team at the beautiful Scottsdale Camelback Resort. This is a staff position with flexible scheduling between 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM , seven days a week. New graduates are welcome, and a dual cosmetology license is a plus (but not required). As a Massage Therapist, you’ll deliver exceptional wellness experiences by providing 50 and 75-minute massage services, tailoring each session to meet individual guest needs, and creating a calming, rejuvenating atmosphere that keeps guests returning. What You’ll Do Perform professional massage treatments by appointment (50/75 minutes) Consult with guests to understand wellness goals and physical needs Maintain detailed client histories and assess areas of tension or discomfort Recommend appropriate techniques, stretches, and follow-up care Create a tranquil, welcoming spa environment Educate guests on service options and encourage future bookings Adjust pressure and technique based on guest feedback Requirements What We’re Looking For Current LMT license in good standing Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work a flexible schedule (18–29 hours per week) Passion for wellness and delivering outstanding guest experiences New graduates encouraged to apply!
