This role will work out of our Mesa, Arizona location at 7943 E. Ray Rd, STE 129, Mesa, AZ 85212. This primary focus of this role is to provide full HR operations support, including HRIS administration, full-cycle employee onboarding assistance, orientation assistance, general employee inquiry assistance, training coordination, and overall HR/recruiting daily team support. This is a true customer-service dedicated role with our HR Team and internal employees being direct customers.Key Job Functions

  • Maintains and updates the various human resource information systems and portals.
  • Performs data/information audits to ensure all employee status changes are updated in all systems.
  • Maintains and effectively organizes electronic employee file documentation.
  • Acts as the initial point-of-contact for employee-related inquiries and actively relays questions to the appropriate HR team member, when necessary.
  • Assists with benefits administration and inquiries.
  • Coordinates onboarding, offboarding and employee status processing.
  • Partners with the Payroll team to ensure data integrity.
  • Generates HRIS reports as needed.
  • Creates various forms of employee collateral.
  • Maintains our employee handbooks.
  • Prepares employment agreements.
  • Coordinates and schedules employee interviews.
  • May participate in candidate screening and selection and process job requisitions through our ATS system for departmental review.
  • Oversees office and administrative tasks.
  • Assists with HR projects as required.
  • May assist with payroll preparation and employee timesheet review and audits.
  • Makes recommendations to internal procedures that creates efficient workflows.

    • Other duties as occasionally required by company leadershipRequirements
      • 1+ years of work experience an administrative function, or an employee-facing Human Resources and/or Payroll role.
      • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
      • HRIS administration is considered an asset.
      • ADP Experience or other Payroll/HRIS experience (Workday) is considered a plus.
      • Follows strict confidentiality guidelines.
      • Maintains a high-level of professionalism at all times.
      • Must be extremely detail oriented and take steps to ensure data accuracy.
      • Must have exemplary verbal & written communication skills.
      • Must be comfortable working with multiple teams across the organization.
