Our client located in Phoenix is in need of anSr.RPG Programmerto help grow their AS400/iSeries team. This position is on a team that is growing and we are looking to startDirect-Hirefor this position. You will be able to gain experience using Power 8 machines, data sets, and free form. What you can expect: Focus on iSeries to support and enhance AR/GL/Finance functions andSOX compliance Interaction with users and team to define requirements and make changes to existing software. Maintain and develop code in RPG and creating software test scripts. Be responsible forsome production support issues, data transfers between systems, subfile handling, error handling, SQL knowledge (embedded), perform analysis. Work with different teams on translating requirements. Requirements 10+ years of experience with IBM RPG programming. 10+ years of experience with IBM AS400/iSeries. Experience working with Embedded SQL, ILE, and Freeform RPG Strong communications skills, comfortable collaborating with team and users.
