Support Job Description We are seeking a skilled Software Technical
Support professional with a strong understanding of System
Architecture and Data Management. The ideal candidate will have
expertise in System and File-Based Security and be adept at
performing custom development and scripting. Experience with
SolidWorks integration and familiarity with PDM-SAP workflow is
essential. Responsibilities Install and configure Windows OS (10
and 11) and Windows Server OS. Manage SQL Server installation and
operations. Administer SolidWorks PDM Professional and develop APIs
using C#. Setup and install virtual servers and virtual Windows
systems, including print servers and license servers. Design and
implement system-level backup strategies, analyze environments for
best practices. Manage Windows Active Directory. Configure IP and
VLAN network settings. Specify and design server hardware for
production and backup systems. Analyze and recommend high-end
Windows workstation hardware specifications. Ensure compliance with
Intellectual Property security and export regulations. Essential
Skills SolidWorks PDM SolidWorks PDM Professional C# programming
System Architecture Data Management PDM Additional Skills &
Qualifications Experience with SolidWorks integration Familiarity
with PDM-SAP workflow Ability to perform custom development and
scripting Work Environment This role is based in an office setting,
supporting multiple teams, including engineering, project managers,
and vendors. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based
out of Duncan, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position
is $40.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some
benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of
