Job Description:
Dutch Bros Coffee, the renowned drive-through coffee chain, is
searching for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to join our
innovative IT and Cybersecurity team. This role is vital for
protecting our digital infrastructure and ensuring the security of
data across all our operations. In this position, you will lead the
development and implementation of cybersecurity measures tailored
to safeguard Dutch Bros Coffees information systems against any
threats or vulnerabilities. By joining our team, you will be a part

dynamic and supportive work environment. Design, implement, and
monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems,
networks, and information. Identify and define cybersecurity
requirements for local and cloud-based infrastructure. Prepare and
document standard operating procedures and protocols. Configure and
troubleshoot security infrastructure devices. Develop technical
solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security
vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks. Conduct risk
assessments and execute tests of data processing system to ensure
functioning of data processing activities and security measures.
Respond to network intrusions and be a key part of the incident
response team. Train team members in security awareness and
procedures. Proficiency in endpoint security solutions, including
firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Expertise in network
security and encryption technologies. Skilled in incident handling
and response. Ability to analyze complex security systems and
suggest improvements. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen
