Job Description Job Description HVAC Dispatcher LHH Recruitment is partnering with a facilities management company in Tempe. This organization is in search of an HVAC dispatcher to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday 12pm-9pm and is fully onsite. The hourly rate is between $24/hr-$26/hr. This role is critical to daily operations and requires hands-on HVAC industry experience to effectively schedule technicians, prioritize service calls, and ensure timely resolution of maintenance and repair requests. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at coordination, communication, and problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Dispatch HVAC technicians for service, maintenance, and emergency calls Prioritize and schedule work orders based on urgency, technician availability, and skill set Coordinate with field technicians to monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed Communicate with clients regarding service timelines, updates, and issue resolution Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and scheduling data in dispatch systems Collaborate with facilities management and operations teams to ensure service-level expectations are met Handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism and accuracy Support after-hours coordination and escalation procedures as needed Qualifications Required: Previous HVAC dispatching or HVAC industry experience Strong understanding of HVAC terminology, service workflows, and technician scheduling Ability to work Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, fully onsite Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficiency with dispatching software, CMMS, or service management systems preferred Interested?
