Job Description:
At Amazon Web Services (AWS), we are at the forefront of
providing a reliable, secure, and extensive cloud computing
service. As a Network Deployment Lead for Data Center Communities
within AWS, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our
infrastructure and ensuring the seamless deployment of networks
across multiple locations. You will work closely with
cross-functional teams including engineering, construction,
operations, and project management to deliver strategic network
deployment projects. This role requires a blend of technical
acumen, project management prowess, and leadership skills to drive
success in one of the most dynamic environments in the tech
industry. Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of
network deployment projects in AWS data centers. Coordinate with
engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to align
project timelines and objectives. Manage resources, budgets, and
scheduling for multiple, concurrent projects. Ensure compliance
with both internal AWS standards and external regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during all project phases. Monitor
project successes and create detailed reports for upper management.
Champion innovation and continuous improvement of deployment
strategies and tools. Strong understanding of network engineering
and IT infrastructure. Proficient in project management software
and tools. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability
to solve complex problems and multitask effectively. Familiarity
with cloud technologies and services, particularly AWS. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP
(Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.
Relevant AWS Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions
Architect or AWS Certified Advanced Networking.
