Job Description:
AXS connects fans with the artists and teams they love. Each
year we sell millions of tickets to thousands of incredible events
– from concerts and festivals to sports and theater – at some of
the most iconic venues in the world. Since our founding in 2011,
we’ve consistently pushed the industry forward and improved
experiences for fans, making it easier than ever to discover
events, find the perfect seats, and enjoy unforgettable live
entertainment, and we continue to lead the evolution of our
industry today. We’re passionate about improving the fan experience
and providing game-changing solutions for our clients, and we’re
always looking for smart, motivated people to help make it happen.
Bring your enthusiasm, your big ideas, and your desire to team up
with some of the best and brightest in technology and
entertainment. The Role AXS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to
lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of our enterprise
reporting and analytics experiences within the AXS Apex Platform.
This role is responsible for defining how reporting is
instrumented, structured, visualized, and consumed by clients,
ensuring our data products are intuitive, powerful, and built with
modern best practices. This role focuses on the productization of
reporting; how metrics are exposed, how filters and permissions are
applied, how visualizations are designed, and how controlled ad-hoc
reporting and self-service insights are delivered to clients. The
ideal candidate is a data-driven and brings deep product experience
designing reporting and analytics platforms in regulated or
data-intensive domains (e.g., fintech, marketplaces, SaaS, or
enterprise platforms). You have a strong point of view on modern
reporting UX, dimensional modeling for product use cases, and how
to balance flexibility with governance. You will define the roadmap
for batch and real-time reporting capabilities that surface
critical metrics such as ticket sales, revenue, and operational
performance, while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability
across the platform. You will partner closely with Engineering,
Data, UX, and client-facing teams to translate raw data into
scalable, high-trust reporting experiences. This role will work in
close alignment with the Manager of Enterprise Product to shape
long-term vision, establish measurable outcomes, and deliver
reporting solutions that materially improve our clients’ ability to
operate and make decisions across the end-to-end event lifecycle.
What Will You Do? Define and execute a cohesive reporting product
strategy focused on speed, clarity, and trust, enabling clients to
operate from a single, reliable view of financial and operational
performance. Own the design of reporting frameworks that power
revenue, sales, and event performance insights across the Apex
platform. Translate client and business needs into clear product
requirements for reporting capabilities, including low-latency
APIs, data freshness SLAs, real-time dashboards, and controlled
ad-hoc reporting. Partner with UX and Analytics teams to deliver
intuitive, modern visualization and interaction patterns that serve
client users. Collaborate with Data Platform and Architecture teams
to implement governance, access control, and dimensional models
that support scalable real-time and batch reporting while
minimizing redundancy and cost. Establish and track product success
metrics related to adoption, performance, reliability, and decision
impact. Communicate roadmap, progress, and insights to senior
leadership and cross-functional stakeholders with clarity and
confidence. What Will You Bring? 4-6 years of previous Product
Management experience with Agile development, working directly with
IT/Engineering and business stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree or
equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated experience building
data-driven product experiences, including familiarity with
Snowflake, Kafka, ETL processes, and core data modeling concepts.
Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Looker,
Tableau, Power BI) and modern best practices for report design,
interaction, and usability. Experience delivering financial, sales,
or operational reporting solutions at scale within SaaS or
enterprise B2B platforms. Solid understanding of data governance,
data quality, and role-based access control principles. Experience
working on integrated B2B platforms and familiarity with emerging
trends in data products and self-service analytics. Highly
organized with a proven ability to manage cross-functional delivery
and navigate ambiguity in complex problem spaces. Excellent
communicator who can simplify complex technical concepts, influence
across teams, and align stakeholders around shared outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to define problems, analyze workflows and
data, and deliver iterative, high-impact improvements. Balanced
perspective across business processes, technical systems, and user
experience. Curious, driven problem solver with a willingness to
challenge assumptions and continuously improve how insights are
delivered. A strong test-and-learn mindset grounded in measurable
outcomes. Bonus points if You Have Experience in live
entertainment, ticketing, or adjacent industries (e.g., sports,
venue management, hospitality). Experience operating within
complex, global technology organizations. At AXS, we are dedicated
