us! Position Summary: As a Production Services Specialist II you
will help support, maintain and analyze issues for applications
used in the Financial Centers. This role is responsible for
analyzing complex production issues, and working those to
resolution. You will serve as an escalation point to collaborate
with other support teams to identify the root cause and execute
steps to resolve. This role requires a self-starter with excellent
communication and troubleshooting skills. Required Qualifications:
3 years of hands-on application production support experience in a
fast-paced, enterprise environment Demonstrated strong
troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to
diagnose and resolve complex application and system issues
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability
to clearly articulate technical issues to both technical and
non-technical audiences Strong working knowledge of Java,
JavaScript, and HTML, including the ability to debug and analyze
application behavior Proven ability to debug applications and
analyze logs, errors, and performance issues to determine root
cause Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt
quickly to changing priorities and production demands Strong
organizational and time-management skills with a high attention to
detail Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well
as collaboratively within cross-functional teams Desired
Qualifications: Experience with system and application monitoring
tools such as Splunk, Introscope, Glassbox, Aternity, AppDynamics,
Dynatrace, and DNT Working knowledge of application servers and
middleware technologies including WebSphere and JBoss Familiarity
with Oracle databases and basic SQL querying for troubleshooting
and analysis Experience supporting applications in Linux-based
environments Prior experience working in a financial services or
highly regulated production environment Skills: Adaptability
