Responsibilities:
Your Role and Impact
As a key member of our team, you will:
--- Take charge of a dynamic caseload, guiding clients from their first consultation to the resolution of their case.
--- Ensure comprehensive documentation of injuries, losses, and damages to secure the maximum possible award.
--- Provide top-tier legal services including research, drafting legal documents, and overseeing discovery processes.
--- Lead and inspire our legal production staff towards achieving successful case outcomes.
--- Serve as the main liaison between the firm and our clients, offering strategic advice and preparing them for all legal proceedings.
--- Represent our clients across various legal settings, including mediation, depositions, and court appearances.

Qualifications:
Who We're Looking For
--- A licensed attorney in good standing with the Arizona Bar Association.
--- A proven track record in Insurance or PI law, though we're open to training a seasoned litigator ready for a new challenge.
