Job Description Job Description Assistant Buyer LHH Recruitment is working with a company in Scottsdale who is in search of a purchasing assistant to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The salary range is between $55,000-$65,000 Key Responsibilities: Support Buyer(s) with day-to-day purchasing and inventory activities Assist in creating, reviewing, and processing purchase orders Track open orders, backorders, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment Audit pricing discrepancies to ensure POS scan accuracy at the store level Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and order status Maintain accurate product, pricing, and vendor data in ERP or purchasing systems Analyze sales and inventory reports to help identify replenishment needs Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, warehouse, and accounting Assist with vendor negotiations, returns, and issue resolution Prepare reports and documentation to support buying decisions Qualifications: At least one year of purchasing experience in a corporate environment Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications is a plus Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment If you are interested, please apply now!
