Job Description Job Description Location: Tempe, AZ Shift:
1pm-9pm Monday-Friday Pay: $17.50-$21.00hr DOE Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year experience with powder coating required Powder
coating painter, paint and finish products using a dry powder coat
that can be treated to create a solid surface. Their
responsibilities include: Preparing parts: Sanding, masking, and
cleaning parts Loading parts: Loading parts onto automated conveyor
for desired finishing results Processing parts: Following Playbook
techniques to perform powder-coating application to fabricated
parts Inspecting parts: Inspecting components during and after
processing to ensure quality standards Maintaining work areas:
Keeping all work areas clean and organized in line with 5-S
standards Equipment maintenance: Cleaning and maintaining powder
coating guns and equipment on scheduled intervals Safety:
Maintaining good housekeeping in line with 5-S standards and
following established safety procedures Quality issues: Reporting
all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the shift
line lead or supervisor
