Will be required to research and acquire new equipment and will
be responsible for the development of associated work instructions
and qualification protocols/reports. CONTRACT role 12 months+ in
-Assist in technology transfer and relocation of RGP product
-Identify and specify facility/equipment requirements for
current and future product lines.
-Assist in the development of equipment installation and
operational qualification protocols and reports.
-Develop manufacturing processes by studying product
requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing
manufacturing methods and equipment.
-Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing,
and summarizing information and trends.
-Participate and provide product and process design,
development, and validation support to projects.
-Plan, coordinate, develop and execute test protocols,
experiments, process characterization and process validations (IQ,
OQ, PQ) on new and revised products and manufacturing
-Design new equipment, processes, procedures, and systems.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
-Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
-Medical device manufacturing or formulation experience
-5+ years of design and quality control experience in product
-Strong organization, analytical and communication skills.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
-Experience with software validation preferred.
-Experience with robotics programming preferred.
-Must be able to perform in a team environment.
