Job Description:

Image Craft is seeking an apprentice to join our team of Fine Art Framers and Canvas Stretchers. The Team is responsible for building and finishing a variety of custom projects. Training is provided to build knowledge all aspects of custom framing. We are looking for a responsible, hard-working team player. We frame all kinds of art that require tremendous creativity therefore the traits required: organized, detail oriented, responsible, and respectful with a great work ethic. Must be able to work in a collaborative environment. We are looking for candidates with good measuring and basic math skills. Ability to learn hand fabric wraps and liners, stacking of frames and fillets. Experience in glass cutting, mat cutting, art mounting and canvas stretching, shadow boxing and frame cutting and joining skills is a big plus. Must be able to work with power tools such as table saws, drills, air tools.
