The process technician level1 is responsible for safely
operating and maintaining the Dyneema production facility to
produce Dyneema laminates, of the highest possible quality, in the
most cost effective manner.
+ To set up, operate, adjust, and clean all equipment required
to produce CT products in accordance to work instructions and
standard operating procedures of level.
+ Take samples and determine properties of the produced
intermediate and finished products.
+ Maintain records of raw materials and the finished product in
the appropriate system.
+ Inspect and pack finished product.
+ Move, measure, maintain inventory and store raw, intermediate,
and finished products.
+ Assist in the training, guidance, and leadership of other team
+ Exposure to hazardous conditions, contaminants and unpleasant
+ Supply and maintain inventory of components/supplies as
+ Correct process conditions with given limits, to maintain

+ High school diploma and at least 1 year of experience in a
manufacturing setting, preferably in a textile or composites
production environment and/or equivalent
+ Knowledge of appropriate safety procedures
+ Knowledge of changeovers/cleaning/set-up, work
+ Ability to perform mathematical computation; problem
+ Problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
