We are looking for a bright, kind, goal-oriented Customer Service Manager who is energized by a fast-paced environment and passionate about delivering quality to our customers. Youre excited about this opportunity because you will... + Drive a first-class customer service mentality and instill a continuous development environment across a team of six B2B Customer Service Representatives and Order Entry Advocates + Utilize Salesforce to track metrics and manage workflow across the team + Represent customer service and customers across the organization and in various multi-departmental meetings + Handle escalated product or service questions/issues, to include clarifying the issue, determining the cause of the problem and selecting the best solution to solve the problem + Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for both Customer Service/Order Entry and multi?departmental projects + Track high-dollar projects from order placement to installation, ensuring a seamless experience + Work closely with sourcing, operations and customers to coordinate high priority orders to meet customer demand + Generate weekly, monthly and yearly reports for multiple departments/sales reps + Processes warranties, replacements and returns Were excited about you because... + You have outstanding customer service experience, ideally with exposure to a B2B customer/sales support environment + You have excellent leadership capabilities and have demonstrated success in developing and building a solid team + You have a knack for continuous improvement, to include creating and maintaining new processes + You have drive, a positive attitude and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally + You have a high school diploma or equivalent GED You may also have + Salesforce experience is a big plus + ERP experience in systems such as Oracle, Netsuite or similar is a big plus + A bachelors degree is preferred Why youll love working at ESI + You are encouraged to be your authentic self here and empowered to encourage others to do the same! + Youll be an integral part of an organization that continues to grow and help support our customers health while working + We love solving problems, thinking creatively, trying new things and having fun while we work + We are a group of bright, kind and goal-oriented people, who truly believe in our business model + We offer competitive salaries and Total Rewards packages + Youll be proud to say that you work for ESI knowing that it brings healthy working to our customers lives About ESI (a Fellowes Brands Company) At ESI, we design products for the movers and shakers of this worldwork gear that keeps you active, healthy, focused, productive, and engaged, every single day.
