A Better Business Bureau Accredited Business since June 2014, the BBB has determined that Titan Solar Power meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints.We are in search of a Customer Service Specialist who will be directly responsible for providing an excellent customer experience while answering general customer inquiries pertaining to the solar system.The ideal candidate will be:Outgoing and be customer service orientedExceptional attention to detailExcellent communication skillsEntrepreneurial mindset with a strong work ethicProblem-solving skills and the ability to multitask are key.Ability to communicate information professionally and accuratelyOrganization and case managementAbility to maintain a measure of control and poise in a conversationAbility to handle escalated situations requiring sensitivity and responsiveness to customer concernsAbility to navigate and utilize online monitoring and troubleshooting resourcesAbility to understand and explain the solar process effectivelyBilingual a plus!Duties:Becoming a knowledgeable expert in all aspects of the solar process, products, and systemsAnswering general customer inquiries via phone and email surrounding system performance, billing, etc.Scheduling and dispatching applicable Titan personnel to complete on-site troubleshootingProperly documenting all verbal and digital correspondence relevant to the customer's accountAccomplishing daily, weekly and monthly goals as decided by managementMaintaining paper and electronic filesProvide administrative and event supportPerform data entry of project requests, updating project database, and documentation, quickly and accuratelyProvide overall administrative supportRequest and check status of inspectionOther duties as neededRequirements Expert computer skillsAbility to navigate and respond in our CRM NetSuite.Be comfortable with receiving inbound and making outbound calls relative to project statusCompensation & Benefits:This is a full-time positionSalary is $16/hrComprehensive employee benefits package401k retirement planPTO policy
