What we are looking forNextCare is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator
LocationTo join our Human Resources team in Mesa, AZ.
ResponsibilitiesThe Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for processing and maintaining employee records, in compliance with Federal, State and local laws, using the Human Resources, Payroll and Timekeeping systems, as well as agency systems, with the primary duty being system entry and audit of entry including, but not limited to, new hire, termination, employment change and document management.
How you will make an impactThe Human Resources Coordinator supports the organization with employee processing and record management to ensure timely processing, accuracy and compliance.
Essential Education, Experience and Skills:Education: Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: Minimum of two years in human resources or payroll support roleSkills: Strong attention to detail; ability to manage high volume of work with accuracy
Valued But Not Required Education, Experience and Skills:Experience: Use of HRIS (ADP preferred) with a high degree of accuracy; payroll experience
