PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Specialist in Mesa, AZ.Description:

  • The Total Rewards Financial Benefits and Wellness team is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst to join their Compensation Operations and Incentives team. This role can be based in either Dallas, TX; Chicago, IL; Charleston, SC; Mesa, AZ; St. Louis, MO; Seal Beach, CA or Seattle, WA.--Currently Remote position with potential to be onsite. Position Responsibilities:
    • Process core compensation transactions, including but not limited to variable compensation, incentive pay, relocation, recognition awards, pay additive payments, and signing bonuses.
    • Process employee international relocation payments, including validation of the correct data.
    • Oversee Workday bonus plan alignment, ensuring employees are mapped to the corresponding bonus plan and handling special groups that do not have identifications in Workday. Improve the process as needed.
    • Process manual annual compensation review statements, gathering and tracking performance ratings in Workday.
    • Process California Alternate Schedule voting, when requested.
    • Maintain and update monthly Paid Time Off (PTO) deviation, when requested.
    • Manually process annual compensation review statements, when needed.
    • Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates have the ability to work remotely.
    • Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. -- Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
      • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PeopleSoft, and PowerPoint
      • 3+ years of experience of broad HR compliance and regulations
      • 3+ years of experience with attention to detail
      • 3+ years of experience with compensation data analysis and/or reporting Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
        • 3+ years of experience with SharePoint and Workday
        • 3+ years of experience in the development, communication, facilitation or support of compensation or rewards programs
        • 3+ years of experience with compensation, classification and salary systems
        • 3+ years of experience of collective bargaining agreements and pay practices Typical Education & Experience:
          • Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and work experience. --PDS Tech, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
