This unique combination of values, performance standards and commitment serves as the key to our success.What we are looking forExperienced, Motivated Full Cycle Accounts Payable Representative that would like to be challenged in a fast pace and high volume environmentJoin our team in Mesa, AZResponsibilitiesResponsible for full cycle Accounts payable functions. Ensure timely posting of invoices, expense reports and check request. Maintain accurate recording of invoices, GL coding and Expense report processing. Review work to ensure accuracy. Manages invoices in ScanDox / Docuphase (cloud base scanning system). Prepares reports to other departments on monthly basis.How you will make an impactThe supports the organization with Full cycle invoice processing, including obtaining approvalsScanning invoices into Docuphase (cloud environment invoice retainage system)Sort and distribute incoming invoices on a daily basis from email and US mailProcessing for patient refunds and some vendor paymentsPosting of monthly ACH payments on a daily basisSet up and maintain vendor recordsResearch statements, reconcile any invoice discrepancies/vendor contact if neededAssist Accountants with month end closing when neededPerforms other related duties as assignedCoordinating monthly rent invoices and payments.Processing patient refunds as well as payments.Essential Education, Experience and Skills:Education: Minimum of High School or equivalent and some Accounting courses are a plus.Experience: Minimum of 5 yrs. experience in a full cycle Accounts Payable Setting, Working knowledge of Excel, Word and 10 key by touch.Skills: To be able to work in a high volume, fast pace environment and be able to coordinate timelines effectively. Superb attention to detail, strong communication, planning and organizational skills.
