Candidates should be able to identify with these three values as well as approach working with time-sensitive and gray-area situations with a can-do mind frame.Job SummaryThis position is responsible for scheduling employees and clients to ensure full caseloads, minimize travel time and mileage while observing patient/family specific needs. The incumbent is responsible for researching problems with visit and billing activities and make necessary corrections to ensure a fast and effective billing/payroll. The incumbent must develop patient and employee schedules and update them as needed. Additionally, this position will include other office duties including maintaining Client & Caregiver files, assisting in hiring, assisting the marketing team in correspondence, and other miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.Essential FunctionsSchedules all care staff to ensure full caseloads, minimize travel time and mileage while observing patient/family specific needs. Updates schedules as changes occur. Maintains accurate employee schedules and schedules new clients appropriately.Foster relationships with caregivers and families through regular communication, both inbound and outbound. Notifies staff of assignments. Notify families of changes to the schedule.Researches discrepancies between visit and billing activities, when required. Works with supervisor and patient financial services to resolve the issue and adjust activity as indicated.Provides phone coverage when requested/assigned. Provides back-up to other functions as requested/assigned. Performs data entry and maintains employee and client information. Provides customer service to all internal and external customers.When necessary, the incumbent will be required to fill in on shifts that cannot otherwise be filled.
