  • Responsible for determining when an escalation is necessary and will determine the correct escalation path based on the issue(s).

    • Monitor Test Takers through a live video feed, via a webcam that is installed on the Test Taker 's computer.
    • Utilize professional customer service to communicate effectively through both written and verbal instruction.
    • Must be on time and dependable.
