Job Description Job Title: Loss Drafts Representative Location: AZ/FL/NC/TX/IN Residents ONLY - WFH/Remote Pay: $16/hourly Schedule: 4:30am - 7:00pm PACFIC TIME ZONE - Monday - Friday with occasional OT on Saturdays Responsibilities: Responsible for performing loss draft and property damage requirements including processing documents, ordering and reviewing inspections, working loss draft queues and evaluating exceptions This role supports borrowers and contractors by providing detailed information on how to progress a claim file, de-escalate calls and process complaints, and handle disbursement of claim funds Follows standard procedural guidelines for performing tasks Responds to written and verbal customer requests, inquiries in a timely and professional manner Validates documents pertaining to claim Orders and reviews inspection results Requests claim funds when applicable Updates records and note system Backs up as needed to meet client requirements and SLA---s Verifies claim check deposits Processes draws/draw approvals and payee header requests for claims Assists with cross training inbound representatives on borrower follow up queue Assists Workforce Management chat monitoring and help desk chats Once hired on permanently benefits include (after 90days with proven productivity and attendance) : Medical, Dental, Vision benefits Wellness Programs Life and Short/Long Term Disability Insurance 401k w/ Company Match Company Paid Holidays & Generous Time-off policy Employee Discount Program Career Advancement and Development Opportunities Requirements : 2 years of Customer Service experience Minimum of 30WPM (will be tested) Dedicated, quiet workspace High Speed Internet - ability to directly connect to modem/router Willingness to be on laptop camera during work hours for trainings/meetings/work High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) Criminal Background & Drug Screening 2 verifiable employment references Please read requirements carefully as we are prioritizing those that meet the requirements.
