• Short term disability claims experience with health insurance carrier - required.
• Validate and ensure the accuracy of claims information by written and verbal communication with both internal and external parties.
• Strong communication and organization skills (ability to manage time and prioritize work).
• Empathetic personality due to nature of claims.
• Ability to use MS Office products and to learn new claims systems.
