affiliates. In your new role you will: Follow IT and FI Process
Framework practices based on ITIL standards Interface with internal
customers and FI and IT team members, assesses needs, gathers
requirements, evaluates solution options, consults on company
standard solutions, makes recommendations based on "best fit"
considerations such as effectiveness, cost, capabilities and time
to deploy. Identify and proposes solution alternatives, documents
scope definition, resource and cost estimation, for presentation to
the customer and FI and IT teams for approval. Author, test and
deploy client server and web enabled applications within the local
Factory Integration architecture. Analyze existing programs and
formulates logic for new and existing systems. Implement continuous
improvement concepts by recommending improvements in development,
maintenance and system standards. Maintain code and operation for
new and legacy applications as needed. Train users in
implementation and adoption of system functionality. Provide
troubleshooting expertise to production use and system stability
issues. Support on-call rotation for operations incidents You are
best equipped for this task if you have: 3 years of support
experience for application and database systems in a manufacturing
and/or IT organization, including experience with: Working with
customers to develop requirements. Solution design of application
components. Testing and gaining customer feedback. Training and
maintenance/support/admin procedure development. 3 years of
experience and demonstrated competency with following technologies:
Web languages - XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript NET - ASP.NET, Win
Desktop apps, Windows Services, Web Services Technology - SOAP,
TCP-IP, HTTP App development - C#, VB.NET SQL Server - SQL, DTS,
SSIS, Stored Procedures. Development Tools - Visual Studio Achieved
a degree in Computer Science or a comparable program Open Insight
knowledge a huge plus. 1 years of experience working in or
supporting a 24x365 semiconductor wafer fab with integrated tools
for reporting, automated data collection and analysis. Willing and
able to provide after hours on-call support. Experience using or
supporting Statistical Process Control methods is desired.
Experience with one or more Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
methodologies. Solid verbal communication and presentation skills.
Able to document customer requirements in various formats to assist
further discussion and analysis. Good procedure writing skills for
capturing systemic flows and activities. Attention to detail. Good
organizational and time management skills. Customer focused to meet
FI needs for internal and external customers.
