This position is 100% on-site in Tempe, AZ!For immediate consideration, please send updated resume directly to -Hours of Operation: -Monday thru Sunday, -6am - midnight (8 hours/day, 5 days/week)

  • Must be open to weekends and holidaysResponsibilities:
    • Support inbound calls for live orders while maintaining 5-star customer service
    • Develop an extensive expertise in how to utilize certain processes and systems to promote positive outcomes
    • Operate with a willingness to grow with a diverse team that has passion for what we do & the impact we are making
    • Go above and beyond to create the best possible outcome for customers

      • HS Diploma or GED
      • 2+ years of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat (customer-facing experience okay as well)
      • You have strong written & verbal communication skills, including top-notch grammar, spelling, & punctuation
      • You have a strong passion for customer service and helping others!
      • You are a strategic thinker that loves to explore new opportunities & process improvements
      • You are within commutable distance to Tempe, AZ
      • Must have quiet, distraction-free work environment at home
      • Must have reliable internet - must be able to hardwire into modem
      • Ability to navigate between multiple systems
