Community Bridges, Inc. is the largest non profit integrated healthcare provider of substance abuse/behavioral health treatment in Arizona. We currently seek an Operations Lead at our CPEC location (Community Psychiatric Emergency Center).

The Operations Lead is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team at -CPEC. -The Operations Lead coordinates with the crisis specialists, admissions coordinator, RN, and behavioral health medical provider to ensure a safe environment and quality care is provided to all presenting for services. -The Operations Lead provides oversight and guidance to the admission coordinators and crisis specialist to assist in effective patient throughput. -

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Operations Lead works collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team and communicates any concern regarding a patient's admission or discharge. The Operations Lead is required to monitor that all required documentation is completed by admission coordinators and crisis interventionists in a timely manner. The Operations Lead also is responsible to monitor care coordination efforts with ongoing service providers, natural supports and family members, or others involved in the person's care to ensure continuity of care. The Operations Lead is responsible for tracking coordination when there is a change in legal status for a person receiving services at CPEC (e.g. becomes involuntary.) The Operations Lead will complete reports as assigned to monitor patient flow metrics.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Master's Degree Preferred: Has a verified master's degree in a field related to behavioral health without being licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (AZBBHE).Or
  • Bachelor's Degree: Has a verified bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral health with at least 3 years of verified full-time work experience within a behavioral health and/or medical setting that provided exposure to behavioral health issues.

    • Current AZ Driver's License
    • Clean 39 month MVR Record
    • CPR/First Aid
