We're Looking For:
AFC is seeking an individual who elevates relationships while
assisting the AFC Branch locations in delivering our title services
to customers (dealers) in an accurate and timely manner. Through
frequent contact via multiple contact channels, i.e. electronic or
telephone, complete a variety of administrative and customer
service tasks aimed at providing a high level of quality assurance.
A Central Title Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day
maintenance and audit of incoming and outgoing titles to ensure
accurate and responsive services to internal and external
customers.

You Will:
- Develop a thorough understanding of AFC policies, processes and
procedures relative to the Title Quality Check (TQC) process.
- Sign titles as buyer and/or seller
- Accurately records incoming titles and documents daily
according to established procedures.
- Sorting and distributing mail, processing materials for
courier, faxing documents, photocopying, scanning, etc.
- Troubleshoots problems and determines correct resolution to
specific title issues.
- Professionally and courteously interacts with auction partners
and branches, to provide information in response to inquiries
pertaining to the title transactions.
- Maintain a knowledge of DMV laws and regulations as relate to
vehicle titles.
- Responds to customer requests, concerns and problems and
ensures an immediate response and follow-through until issue is
resolved.
- Records all transaction details, including customer requests
and resolution, in the Activity History section of the software
program.
- Responds to email inquiries from both internal and external
customers in a timely and professional manner
- Ships packages to multiple locations, both domestic and
international.
- Maintains an organized workspace/area that is conducive to the
overall success of the department.
- May be required to work overtime as the business needs
arise.
- Assists with other functions and/or duties as needed.
- Supports field partners with branch functionality
Must Have's:
- Strong desire to elevate relationship and be vision-driven
through problem solving.
- Good organizational, clerical and verbal communication
skills.
- Proficient numeric ability and reasoning.
- Telephone, computer literacy, software competencies,
specifically standard or custom financial systems.
Nice to Have's:
- Previous auto industry experience
- Experience with Microsoft Suite
- Experience with titles
