Overview

As part of our team you will provide clinical expertise support and oversight that helps ensure our patients receive exceptional care. Responsibilities
Acts as a resource for the Patient Access Department within their facility. Responsible for training new staff, auditing charts, and process/policy implementation. Obtains moderately complex financial information regarding patients from various sources to obtain payment plan agreements and Medicare coverage.
Qualifications
Six months of customer service experience in a physician office or clinic; One year relevant experience in hospital environment preferred
AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider
Must have excellent communication abilities both written and verbal
Must show kindness and have a willingness to help
