Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensing and Credentialing Support
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and send application packets to providers, monitor
application status, and conduct audits of licensing information
Assist with provider onboarding, process health plan enrollment
documents, and manage Medicaid and insurance plan enrollments
Ensure timely renewals of expiring licensure and certifications,
conduct primary source verifications, and provide support to
providers throughout the credentialing process
Required Qualifications:
An associate's degree or higher, or equivalent education and
experience
Proficiency with GoogleSuite, experience with Salesforce and ASANA,
and familiarity with Medicaid and insurance plan requirements
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and establish
effective working relationships
Must have stable internet access and a quiet, reliable working
space
