Job Description:
IntroductionASML US, including its affiliates and subsidiaries,
bring together the most creative minds in science and technology to
develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster,
cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop,
integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable
our customers - the worlds leading chipmakers - to reduce the size
and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn
leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our
headquarters are in Veldhoven, Netherlands, and we have 18 office
locations around the United States including main offices in
Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton,
Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon.This role will be responsible
for completing a wide variety of HR duties that reflect substantial
variety and complexity for one or more countries, including but not
limit to: data collection, communication, inquire handling,
compliance, report generation. This positions work is generally of
critical and confidential nature. This role will be trained on
Human Resources practices, policies, procedures, and systems.People
Operations US is the primary contact center for employees,
managers, and HR in the US and is responsible for managing all
Hire2Retire operational processes.Roles and
ResponsibilitiesHandling inquiries starting with the first contact,
registration, escalating and resolving queries in a professional
and efficient manner - in a first time right and end to end way of
working.Supporting customers on the HR portal and relevant online
tools in completing transactions.Providing operational advisory
support and administrative services to in-scope processes.Perform
customer related data gathering and input.Working according to
defined standards, in line with global end to end processes &
tooling and local compliancy.Escalating cases where guidance and
clarification of policies and procedures is required.Actively
identifying customer-centered improvements and participating in
improvement projects. Driving standardization, simplification and
automation of the relevant processes.Ensuring service level
agreements are met and a higher level of customer satisfaction is
reached.Safeguarding own knowledge & skills and updating knowledge
database.Education and ExperienceBachelors degree or equivalent
combination of education and/or experienceMinimum of 2 years of
working experience, ideally in HR OperationsAbility to consistently
deliver high quality customer service in a professional and
efficient mannerKnowledge of HR processes, systems and
policiesConsulting agility & style flexibility to understand
customer needs and deal with a broad range of customersAbility to
quickly find your way in a network of informationSkillsAbility to
work as part of a team as well independentlyPlans & aligns

on-site in Chandler, AZ. It requires onsite presence to attend

workplace arrangement may be available to employees working in
roles conducive to remote work (up to two days a week).Role within
OfficeResponsibilitiesRoutinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear;
use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel,
crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move
