What we are looking forNextCare Urgent Care is looking for an IT
Help Desk Technician.
LocationTo join their IT team in Mesa, AZ.
ResponsibilitiesThe IT Help Desk Technician is responsible for
providing technical support to end users of all software clinical
and office applications, and hardware including telephones,
computers, monitors, printer and other other Peripherals.How you
will make an impactThe IT Help Desk Technician supports the
Organization with the following:
- Responds to telephone calls, emails, and service requests for
technical support in a timely manner and within company
- Identifies, researches, and resolves questions and problems
related to computer and telephone systems.
- Assists in troubleshooting of the MPLS network and related
telecom outages and issues.
- Escalates unresolved issues appropriately to the correct person
and within pre-established timelines.
- Fulfills end-user requests including account provisioning,
systems access, education, and configuration of computer and
- Documents, tracks, and monitors assigned requests ensuring a
- Works with the Help Desk team to establish a knowledge base to
- Assists with security related tasks including de-provisioning
of accounts, access audits, and vulnerability remediation.
Essential Education, Experience and Skills:Minimum Education:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.Experience: Must have
minimum of two years of helpdesk experience.
Valued But Not Required Education, Experience and
Skills:Experience: Associate Degree in related field or one more
