Job Description:

Modis is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Tier 2+) to join a top-rated and fast-growing print services provider to troubleshoot a multiplicity of IT issues for internal employees on a tight-knit, dynamic, high-impact team. This position sits in the integral IT Operations team that ensures the continuity of computer system services for end-users. This group provides technical expertise, assistance, and project coordination to install computer software products, modify and repair hardware, and resolve technical problems.

  • Maintain notification systems to respond and triage incoming second-level incident support issues, and escalate to advanced IT support, as needed.
  • Provide desktop support, infrastructure support of LAN/WAN and wireless network systems for onsite end-users, other offices, and remote end-users. What you will bring to the role:
    • 3+ years of experience in a technical support position, including troubleshooting technical PC problems using remote access tools.
    • Strong Active Directory and 0365 Administration experience. Must have strong experience using O365 Admin Panels, and working with AD in a hybrid environment.
