annuallySupervise the installation of Qolsys Smart Home Systems;
optimizing the efficiency and utilization of every job without
compromising the quality of work.
Provide direction, instruction, and guidance to Smart Home Pros
ensuring consistent delivery of legendary customer experiences.
Build, develop and maintain team atmosphere by being a positive
influence and resource to all peers.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and
external customers
- Maintain a high level of communication with Smart Home Pros
during every installation to provide guidance and instruction as
required
- Review of Parts and Labor costs associated with the
installation throughout life cycle of project to maintain job
- Confirm every system installation concludes with detailed
customer orientation
- Perform job walks necessary to answer questions, concerns
regarding installation with customer
- Process all required and needed paperwork in a timely
manner
- Review and evaluate each Smart Home Pro concerning development,
career path, key performance indicators, technical training, and
soft skills assessments
- Responsible for upholding all company policies and procedures,
and reporting necessary corrective action and disciplinary reviews
to the Operations Manager
- Present and maintain a professional image for customers
including assigned work area and company vehicle
- Collaborate with Smart Home QA Personnel to ensure all
installations are evaluated, completed, and high level of customer
satisfaction is achieved
- Conduct monthly meetings where OSHA safety, technical training,
and company information related information is presentedKNOWLEDGE
AND SKILLS:
- Low voltage industry experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience to include management and
development of staff, establish and maintain team members
responsibilities, and clearly define priorities in fast pace
environment
- Three or more years experience in a customer service field
- Strong customer service communication and conflict resolution
skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to use hand tools, laptop, and tablet

- Previous experience with both hand and power tools

- Some sales experience (desired)EDUCATION AND
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Must qualify for applicable licenses / certificatesWORKING
ENVIRONMENT/ MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position includes primarily field work. Physical requirements
include standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and climbing. Lifting
will include up to 50 pounds. Extensive use of a personal computer
or tablet is required. Use of hand and power tools is required on
