SV.Responsibilities:
Test/rework/report products per
production schedules - - - -Troubleshoot assembly issues (quality,
tooling, and process-related) and resolve to meet customers'
timetablesAssist in the training of operators on new or revised
processes, products, or proceduresAssist in developing processes
and tooling/fixtures for new productReduce cycle times to increase
productivity through process improvementAssist supervisor and
manager as neededRequirements:
Knowledge in IPC-A-620 and J-STD-001
soldering criteriaSoldering experience using solder tweezer and
soldering ironExcellent verbal and written communication
skillsAbility to interpret complex electrical and mechanical
schematics -Knowledge in use and calibration of micrometers and
calipersExperience in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work
independently and in a team environment; collaborate with
engineering on a daily basis to provide feedback of testing,
troubleshooting, or discrepanciesDemonstrated understanding of
analog, digital, mixed-signal, and RF testing (TDR and PNA or
VNA)Knowledge in use of cable stripper machine and cutter saw cable
machine.Experience with tin dip of cables using solder pot
machine.Knowledge in use of shrink tubing printer machineExperience
with ISO 9001 and FOD quality managementAbility to read
blueprintsAbility to develop production test processesProduction
experience, technical school, engineering studies, or combination
