Installation Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Installation Manager
FLSA Status: Non-ExemptPosition SummaryThe Installation Coordinator supports the Installation and Operations Team in the region by assisting in daily operations of the business and may also perform other duties as assigned.Duties & Responsibilities

Process and approve all Installation Department timecards including tracking paid time off (PTO). -Works -with the Operations Team, verify each project is set up with all the documents a field leader may need; Emergency/First Aid Folder, Federal and State Posters, OSHA logs, HR Documentation, Hazard Communication Policy, Safety Data Sheets, Toolbox Safety Sign in forms, and other pertinent documentation.Order, maintain and help update all electronic devices for lead carpenters.Perform data entry on multiple platforms.Code and approve Installation Department and office invoices.Process and maintain all Southwest Region field personnel files, including tracking all contact, safety, certifications, trainings, and performance information.Assist in the recruiting, hiring and separation process of all field staff. Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation efforts for field employees.Coordinate with other Installation Coordinators to process travel arrangements accordingly for traveling installers to and from the region.Assist the Front Desk reception area, include shipping and receiving Daily Deliveries, as needed. Maintain office equipment, schedule services, and stock office supply.Support Operations team with additional administrative duties.Other duties as assigned.Safety Responsibilities
Promote a positive atmosphere for safety excellence committed to the Safety Promise.Developing and issuing the safety project files for all projects, including: SDS sheets, safety training records and certification, worker's compensation clinic information, emergency phone numbers and required postings.Distribute OSHA-300A summary sheets annually.Track and assist in field related incidents and injuries.Order and maintain Personal Protective Equipment and maintain prescription safety glasses program.Sustain the Safety Initiative Program regionwide.   • High School Diploma or equivalent or at least two years' experience as an administrative assistant in the construction industryMinimum QualificationsEducation/Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent or at least two years' experience in an administrative roleKnowledge/Skills
      • Analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
      • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with desktop application (e.g., Work, Excel, PowerPoint -etc.) used in producing reports, analysis, recommendations, and solutions
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
      • Ensures a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
      • Strong analytical skills
      • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work effectively under deadlinesCustomer Service Skills -
