In order to accomplish our goal of being the best, we understand our people have to be our #1 asset and we are fully committed to investing in your success.WORK SUMMARY:Under general supervision, maintain selected electronic and electrical systems on furnaces and associated equipment throughout the company.JOB DESCRIPTION:Learn & understand relevant industrial (AMS 2750) & Customer specific standards relevant to Heat Treatment of metal in aerospace applications.Prepare, perform and record system accuracy tests, enter the data into spreadsheet file and save.Set up thermal uniformity survey and data recorder and enter data into spreadsheet file and save.May trouble-shoot/repair electronic/electrical components on computer controlled and numeric controlled machinery and systems such as heat-treating ovens.Performs periodic maintenance on electrical/electronic systems on all Heat treatment machine tools and associated equipment. Maintain records associated with periodic maintenance.May program all controllers and instruments on all furnaces.
