Job Duties:
As you might expect, customer solutions and team leadership is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you'll be:
Expected to learn the scope of all projects, participate and attend all project hand-off meetings and company operation meetings, understand each project's scope and exclusions
Provide project updates during regular Project Management meetings
Assign crews / Foremen to projects
Review material and cut sheets from foremen for accuracy and completeness
Upon review, send orders and cut sheets to purchasing
Visit each active project weekly, providing quality control and project management oversight
Manage the performance of your team of Foremen, technicians, and tradesmen
Lead the training and development of your Foremen, specifically on how to properly fill out their paperwork and to draw cut sheets
Conduct periodic job walks with both Company and Customer representatives
Coordinate workforce planning and forecasting with the Service Department
Salary: DOE
Shift: Monday - Friday Schedule

Requirements:
A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
Experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC systems
Organized and clear communication
