School Diploma or EquivalentLegacy sports USA has an immediate
opening for a part time Guest Services Representative at Bell Bank
Parkopening in January of 2022. Bell Bank Park is a 320-acre
multi-use family, sport and entertainment complexof outdoor and
indoor team athletic facilities geared toward high-energy
entertainment and sports in Mesa,Arizona.OverviewSeeking an
energetic individual to provide excellent customer service in a
fast-paced environment. This is aguest facing role so interactive
communication skills are necessary to deliver an exceptional
guestexperience for a diverse group of guests/clients in the youth,
amateur/collegiate, professional, and specialevents
space.Responsibilities Provide world-class service to all guests,
vendors, and employees at all times. Anticipate and respond
professionally to guests' needs, concerns, and questions. Retain
knowledge of all complex policies, procedures, locations, and event
specific information.Answer questions and provide information on
activities occurring throughout the park. Greet guests and direct
them to desired locations throughout the park, ensuring proper
crowd flow. Verify credentials and scan tickets, allowing only
those valid for access to specific areas,
providingwristbands/stamps for valid entry or redirecting guests as
needed. Monitor exit points to ensure alcohol is not permitted to
leave certain areas. Usher guests to appropriate seating locations
and areas within events. Monitor assigned sections and surrounding
areas to identify issues, report and notify appropriatepersonnel,
and ensure compliance with park policies, cleanliness, and safety.
Be proactive andfollow up to ensure issues are resolved. Maintain
proper accounting of lost & found, following all log and
notification procedures. Assist with restocking of supplies in
Guest Services areas and inform Supervisor of any technicalissues
or maintenance needs in a timely manner. Assist with selling
tickets and distributing will call for sports and special events as
needed. Use troubleshooting tools to resolve customer ticketing
and service issues. Perform all other duties as assigned. Must be
able to work in a fast-paced environment.Nonessential Job
Functions: Other duties and responsibilities as
assigned.Qualifications Minimum of 6 months customer service
experience. Experience with computerized ticketing systems
preferred. Prior cash handling experience preferred. Must be able
to bend, sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time. Must
be able to lift up to 25 lbs. Must be willing and able to work in
all weather conditions. Must be able to work both weekdays and
weekends (day and evening) in addition to regularbusiness hours as
the event calendar requires.HOURS OF WORK: Work hours may vary --
Ability to work irregular hours during events, including
nights,weekends, and holidays.COMPUTER SKILLS: Knowledge of
Windows, Microsoft Office, and iOS devices Operate standard office
equipment including printer, copier, computer and fax

minutes at a time. Employees in this role will constantly be
inleadership role; this requires directing others either verbally
or in writing to complete tasks in prescribedtime frame. This
position also requires constant use of interpersonal skills
including: ability todirect/motivate/inform staff and foster
collaboration, being able to recognize and resolve conflicts,
beingable to openly communicate in writing and verbally with
clients.Physical demands:While performing the essential functions
of the job, the employee constantly operates a computer andother
office devices such telephones, copy machines, fax machines, etc;
occasionally moves aboutinside the office to access storage areas,
cabinets and office machinery; constantly moves about thearena and
event sites before, during and after events to service clients and
supervise staff; constantlycommunicates via telephone, email and
in- person with others to exchange accurate information.Work
environment:The duties of this position are performed indoors and
outdoors in the weather conditions prevalent at thetime. The noise
level in the work environments is usually moderate to loud during
