Outreach will be mostly over the phone and in person at times in effort to educate on the unique benefits of becoming a patient at Village MD.   • Reach out to newly acquired practices to educate on the unique benefits of becoming a patient at Village MD.
  • Reach out to unengaged patients, who we have not heard from in a while, to assure they come in for their preventative care visits and to help establish consistent patterns in their care.
  • Manage inbound calls from prospects who are interested in becoming new patients at Village Medical. Inform and articulate the unique benefits and value of making Village Medical their primary health care provider.
  • Make calls to prospective patients whom we have met at community events or have responded to marketing activities in the past to educate them on the benefits of becoming a Village Medical patient.
  • Managing a pipeline of unengaged patients and prospects, logging current call activity, and making sure you are following up. with multiple touch points.Skills For Success
    • You have high emotional intelligence, the ability to forge meaningful relationships of trust, on the phone or in person.
    • You are passionate about working for a company who is making a different in the world of primary care.
    • You are experienced performing consistently with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing what you say you will do.
    • You are solution-oriented and have a passion for being hands-on in problem-solving and execution.
    • You are self-starting and maintain a high sense of urgency and accountability in delivering measurable results.Experience To Drive Change
      • Strong skills in relationship building in effort to engage warm leads.
      • High school diploma required.
      • Proficient PC skills.
      • Experience in health care and/or health insurance preferred.
      • Familiarity with customer relationship management CRM systems or an EMR preferred.
      • Consumer sales experience or similar experience in community outreach function preferred.
      • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to proactively structure work and problem solve independently.
      • Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Spanish preferred.
