[Call Center / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $18 per hour /

/ 401k Matching - As a Contact Center Ride Success Agent you'll:
Schedule transportation needs for passengers and managed clients;
Use Ride Health's proprietary platform, third-party transportation
software like Uber and Lyft, and business technology like Zendesk
(task management) to successfully complete trip requests; Make
outbound calls to passengers, managed client contacts, and
attending facilities; Monitor chats from passengers and managed
clients to identify transportation needs and/or escalated service
