The Arizona Group is an Arizona-based Independent Insurance Agency and is seeking an experienced Individual Life and Health Client Service Agent who can perform back end processing for our ILH Team. This is a full-time, On-site, Hybrid-friendly position for an Agency with less than 100 employees. https://www.arizonagroup.com Mandatory Qualifications for Individual Life and Health Insurance Client Service Agent: - Minimum of 1 year of Individual Life and Health Insurance experience in an Independent Agency environment - Active Arizona Life and Health License - Experience with Applied Systems Epic is required - Exceptional attention to detail and adherence to our level of service. Examples of Essential Job Duties for Individual Life and Health Insurance Client Service Agent: Primary point of contact for Individual Life & Health related inquiries. Audit existing ILH accounts to ensure data accuracy. Provide support to ILH Producers with Epic data and new business policy entry. Analyze, prepare, and present individual life insurance proposals and applications to clients. Receive, maintain, and distribute new business leads for Life, Medicare, and Health insurance referrals. Schedule and maintain ILH appointment calendar and communicate with appropriate parties when adjustments are required. Creates detailed and accurate documentation in Applied Epic management system regarding all interactions with clients, prospects, carrier representatives, etc., including attaching any completed proposals and applications. Maintain daily Epic activity log in accordance with procedural guidelines Additional Knowledge Skills, Abilities, and Details: - Ability to be highly organized, yet flexible in dealing with shifting priorities, fluctuating workloads, and evolving procedures - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working with people in a high volume customer service environment - Ability to work independently with limited supervision while maintaining positive staff relationships within a teamwork environment - Candidate must be available during 8-5 pm Arizona Time - Company equipment will be provided. - Compensation is DOE with a potential bonus Benefits and Compensation for Individual Life and Health Insurance Client Service Agent: Full Time - M-F 8:00am- 5:00pm Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour Quarterly Bonus Employer paid Medical and Dental, LTD, Group Life, EAP Optional benefits - Vision, Disability, Group Life, AFLAC.
