Job Description:
At Hello! Destination Management, we bring our passion for

undertake. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced
Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in
fostering client relationships and delivering the exceptional
service that Hello! is known for. As an Account Manager, you will
manage a portfolio of clients, understand their event needs, and
work closely with the operations team to ensure successful event
execution. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in event

Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular
contact which includes face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and
email communications. Develop full-scale project plans and
associated communications documents for each event. Negotiate
contracts with clients and close agreements to maximize profits.
Ensure that event deliverables are executed on time, within budget,
and at the required level of quality. Identify client needs and
opportunities to add value to their business through our services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled
effectively. Track and report on client account metrics regularly.
Handle client issues and concerns in a timely and professional
manner. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent
organizational and time management skills Proven ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention
to detail Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with budget management Strong negotiation and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Meeting Professional (CMP)
preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a
plus
