your first year (Starting base draw, uncapped commission, bonuses)
Pay Structure: Weekly base draw during ramp-up, then ongoing
commissions and incentives Support Provided: State licensing
support & reimbursement CRM access, marketing tools, and structured
training Quarterly & annual incentives (cash bonuses, trips,
recognition) Schedule & Work Environment Schedule: Monday to Friday
