integrations. THE JOB As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge
between past dissatisfaction and future loyalty, specializing in
re-engaging inactive or churned accounts to bring them back into
the active customer base.Your goal is to turn "no" into "yes" by
demonstrating how the company's evolved products and services now
meet their specific business needs. Key responsibilities include:
Execute high-volume outbound campaigns to re-engage dormant clients
via phone and virtual meetings Confidently address past pain points
and clearly communicate new product features, updated pricing, or
service improvements Maintain precise records in the CRM, capturing
updated contact info and detailed feedback on why customers choose
to return or remain inactive Building strong relationships with
business owners and decision-makers to uncover expansion
opportunities. Driving upsells, cross-sells, and package upgrades
Partnering with marketing on targeted call campaigns and webinar
follow-ups. Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly quotas THE
QUALIFICATIONS 2–4 years of B2B account management, upselling,
retention, or renewal experience SaaS, CRM, or martech background
strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to build trust, uncover
client needs, and drive consultative growth conversations.
Salesforce experience highly preferred. Coachable,
relationship-driven, and resilient. Strong ability to manage
high-volume accounts with a growth-focused mindset. Resilient,
empathetic, tech savy and highly motivated Be located in Phoenix or
Scottsdale AZ preffered (onsite) THE BENEFITS OTE 100k-120k (base
salary commissions) Quota-based variable pay with uncapped
commissions; OTE easily into six figures for top performers.
Monthly commission payouts with quarterly accelerators and
