Engage directly with customers to present insurance products that meet their needs Achieve personal and team sales targets Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction Document all customer interactions for future reference and compliance Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle stressful situations and high volume of calls effectively Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Licensed to sell insurance, or must be able to obtain license within 3 months of hire Certification in Sales or Customer Service is a plus
