A-Line Staffing is now hiring Telephonic Crisis Behavioral
Health Professional (Remote U.S. Only). The Behavioral Health
Professional would be working for a Major Health Plan and has
career growth potential. Telephonic Crisis Behavioral Health
Professional Highlights: Shifts: Mon-Fri 7an-3:30pm (Arizona time)
Sun/Mon/Tues 10a-8p, Thurs 6a-4p (Arizona time) Pay Range:
$30???$35 per hour Work Location: Remote (U.S. only) Telephonic
Crisis Behavioral Health Professional Responsibilities: Handle
behavioral health calls from members and/or providers. Use clinical
judgment to assess needs and provide guidance or escalate as
needed. Collaborate closely with team members and maintain
documentation in the system. High interaction with team and
real-time support. Remote, structured work environment. Telephonic
Crisis Behavioral Health Professional Requirements: Required:
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family
Therapy, or related field. Preferred: Master???s degree. Must hold
one of the following active licenses: Licensed Professional
Counselor (LPC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed
Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Psychologist Licensed
Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) Licensed Associate
Counselor (LAC) Licensed Associate Substance Abuse Counselor
(LASAC) Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) 2???4 years of
experience in behavioral health: Crisis interventions Case
management Therapy, assessment, intake Behavioral interventions
Telephonic counseling or managed care experience preferred.
Computer proficiency / Microsoft tools Call documentation
experience Behavioral health clinical experience If you are
